Christine Saari is a Writer and Visual Artist. She grew up in Austria, and has been living in Marquette since 1971. She started in Photography, later branched out into Mixed Media work. A large body of work “Family Album” , which took 20 years to produce, is permanently installed in a private gallery in Austria. Currently she is involved in a mixed media cigar box recycling project. She recently published book of poems, “Blossoms in the Dark of Winter” which is available at The Gallery.
